Prices

At 13 Greens s.r.o., all prices are stated in EUR and include local VAT and taxes where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. All orders are subject to availability and items being in stock.

Payment

13 Greens s.r.o. accepts the following payment methods: VISA, Mastercard.

The payment will only be debited from your account once the order is dispatched. All amounts are charged in EUR. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders for items that are out of stock or discontinued.

Right of Complaint (Warranty)

A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the laws of Czech Republic. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or workmanship. Depending on the specific situation, you may have the item repaired, exchanged, receive a refund, or a reduction in price.

The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by incorrect handling or misuse of the product. You must notify us of the defect within a "reasonable time" after discovering it. 13 Greens s.r.o. will cover return shipping costs to a reasonable extent for valid claims.
